DKMKT is the shop behind Cooking With Dave.

It started with a camera in a home kitchen and a simple rule: no diet food, no apologies, no recipes I wouldn't actually eat. Just high-protein, low-carb versions of the stuff everyone loves, rebuilt so the macros work and nobody at the table can tell.

Yes, there's blended cottage cheese in a lot of it. No, you can't taste it. Trust the process.

Every recipe on the channel gets tested live in front of a couple hundred thousand people who tell me the second something is off. The cookbook is the best of that work, plus a few recipes that never touched the channel, in one place you can cook from forever.

The shop also carries a small line of 3D-printed goods, printed right here. Same idea: made in-house, actually useful, no filler.
