Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Soap and spice products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging

• 3D-printed products must be returned in original condition, free from damage or excessive wear

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used soap or spice products are not eligible for return.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

Shipping costs

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
